Utah Day 3 (Rest Day)

After the long charity ride, an due to some freakishly cold weather, I took Sunday off to just enjoy Utah as a tourist. Todd was a great tour guide as he showed me the local ski areas, state parks, and some large mountains I would plan to climb the following day.

Along with the driving tour, I of course spent the day eating, non stop, enjoying many of the finer meals Utah has to offer. I say that 90% sarcastically since most of the food is the same as every where else. That is with the exception of the Chili Verde Burrito. This gift of the gods was THE BEST burrito ever! I'm writing this blog post about a month after my vacation, and I still have nights where I wake up craving this gift from the heavens.

Back to the vacation: I also got tried to get some pictures of the gorgeous country side, but my cell phone camera couldn't do it justice.
